Howe Chess Champion

The district held its Chess Championship Wednesday March 29th at Hillis Elementary. Students from all over the district in first through fifth grades competed in the competition. Michael Phan, a 4th grader from Howe competed and won the title of District Grand Champion! Michael has been working in Chess Club two nights a week with Mr. Dolan and peers on his Chess strategy and skills. Congratulations Michael!
